What You’ll Do
- Conduct patient consultations and recommend personalised aesthetic treatment plans.
- Perform aesthetic procedures within your qualifications and scope of practice.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, risks, and aftercare.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and skincare products based on patient needs.
- Advise on treatment menu, pricing, products, and packages from both medical and commercial perspectives.
- Work with the leadership and clinic team to develop and launch new treatments and products.
- Build strong patient relationships and contribute to patient retention and clinic growth .
- Support marketing initiatives and educational content to build the clinic's medical credibility.
- Maintain high standards of clinical safety, professionalism, and patient care.
What We’re Looking For
- Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB, MD, or equivalent).
- Registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) with a valid practising certificate.
- Relevant aesthetic qualifications / COCs where applicable.
- Experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, GP, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong interest in aesthetics and skincare.
- Strong sales and commercial mindset — able to understand patient needs and communicate the value of suitable treatments and products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-focused, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends.
