Design and prepare temporary traffic control plans in AutoCAD to support safe execution of utility and civil work activities while ensuring compliance with MUTCD, client, and local authority standards.
## What will your job look like?

Review project requests, layouts, drawings, and supporting documents to understand work scope and requirements.Design, draft, and detail traffic control plans using AutoCAD in compliance with MUTCD standards, client specifications, and local regulations.Develop traffic diversion and lane closure plans for activities such as manhole work, PFP installations, aerial placements, excavation works, and tree trimming/removal.Create safe traffic management solutions that minimize disruption while enabling field crews to perform work efficiently.Utilize Google Maps and Google Earth to analyze project locations and support traffic plan development.Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and adherence to quality standards.Escalate risks, issues, or scope concerns appropriately to ensure project success.Maintain flexibility to support business requirements across different shifts.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
## All you need is...

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.0-3 years of experience in CAD design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Knowledge of traffic engineering principles and standards.Working knowledge of AutoCAD; AutoCAD certification is preferred.Familiarity with Google Maps and Google Earth.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural and geographically distributed teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure.Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
