Industrial Programing
• Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs for automated equipment.
• Develop and maintain software applications for industrial PCs using VB (Visual Basic).
• Test, debug, and validate PLC programs and industrial PC applications.
• Support machine commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting.
• Optimize machine software, sequences, and functionality to improve equipment performance.
• Collaborate with mechanical and automation engineers during equipment development and commissioning.
• Maintain software documentation and program versions.
Automation
• Develop electrical schematics and control system designs for automated equipment.
• Select and integrate electrical and automation components such as sensors, actuators, motors, drives, valves, and safety devices.
• Develop pneumatic circuits and schematics for machine automation.
• Define I/O configuration and automation architecture.
• Perform electrical and automation testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Optimize machine automation systems for performance, reliability, and safety.
• Prepare and maintain electrical, pneumatic, and automation documentation.
• Collaborate with mechanical and industrial programming teams during equipment development and commissioning.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Relevant experience in industrial equipment development, automation, or programming.
• Good technical and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems.
• English conversational
