IT Supporter (d/f/m)

## Position
Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for an IT Supporter (d/f/m) in full-time.

As an ideal JvM IT Supporter, you are enthusiastic about innovative technologies and work independently and in a structured manner. You concentrate on the essentials, quickly familiarize yourself with complex tasks and stand for solution- and customer-oriented implementation even in stressful situations. Committed and reliable, you enjoy working in a motivated team and creative environment. Good German language skills are a plus.

Your tasks:
- Provide user support for all common applications and systems used at JvM
- Manage the inventory of hardware and software
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of new colleagues
- Refine our internal processes
- Provide training courses for new and current colleagues
- Ensure the IT infrastructure and setup in the office is working smoothly

What you score with:
- You are familiar with basic troubleshooting and IT infrastructure
- You have knowledge about the Apple ecosystem, mostly iOS and macOS
- You have good English skills, both written and spoken
- You have a strong service mindset and customer-centered and solution-oriented work is important to you
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial not only for the job but also for us as a company
