As a Human Capital Specialist - BP, you will be a key player in shaping and implementing our human capital strategies. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Capital or HR Business Partner role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and the ability to interpret HR metrics.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR-related challenges.
