Join Transcom as a Maintenance & Logistic Agent!
Be on the front line of operational excellence for our team and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:
- Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on facilities and equipment;
- Coordinate and oversee deliveries, shipments, and inventory movements;
- Support the setup and logistics for internal events, meetings, or external visits;
- Monitor maintenance schedules and report issues requiring external service providers;
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards to ensure a safe and well-organized workplace.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
- Proven experience in maintenance, logistics, or a similar role;
- Good knowledge of basic repairs, building maintenance, inventory control, and supply chain processes;
- Minimum studies: High school diploma or Technical certificate (Bachelor’s degree is a plus);
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently;
- Proficiency in English;
- Core competencies including strong communication, teamwork, and a focus on safety and quality;
- Positive attitude towards interpersonal dealings and the ability to remain motivated under pressure.
