Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
- Shape the future : You support business
development and strategy projects
- Take responsibility : You drive the
organization’s AI journey by identifying, implementing, and optimizing AI use
cases that improve daily efficiency and effectiveness
- Keep the overview : You assist on top
management reporting and reviews, workshop preparations and on
organization-wide digitalization & AI initiatives
- Be Creative : You develop presentations,
guidelines, and challenge the status quo of existing processes and way of
working by making AI concepts accessible to a diverse audience
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Study field : You are currently enrolled in a
master's degree program in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Business
Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field –
- Interests : You have a strong interest in
agentic and generative AI and are eager to explore emerging technologies and
their business impact
- Working style : You are a self-driven and
proactive personality that brings an analytical mind, communicates complex
topics clearly, and works in a structured manner
- Work experience : You have hands-on experience
in one or more of the following areas: AI, strategy, consulting or business
development
- IT competencies : You have proficiency in MS
PowerPoint and MS Excel, ideally you bring advanced AI knowledge
- Language skills : Fluency in English, both
written and spoken, German would be a plus

Important information:
- Working part-time : The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a
student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per
week.
- Proper students
(according to the German law) are welcome : To work as a student employee with us, you must be
enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules
for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look
forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You should live close to
the site : For good
collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly
to integrate to the team.
