Kick-Start Your Career as an Operational Procurement Intern
Are you curious about how purchasing, supplier collaboration, and business processes work together to support a global organization? We're looking for an Operational Procurement (Purchasing) Intern who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow alongside an international procurement team.
This role is perfect for students, recent graduates, or anyone starting their career and wanting to gain hands-on experience in procurement, supplier management, SAP, data administration, and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Assist with day-to-day purchasing activities across the EU region under supervision
- Help request offers and collect pricing information from suppliers
- Support order processing and monitor delivery status, escalating any issues as needed
- Perform basic administrative tasks related to procurement agreements and records
- Help with data entry, preparing simple reports, and maintaining procurement documentation
- Ensure tasks follow Etex policies and processes, seeking guidance when uncertain
What you'll bring
- Currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Administration, Supply Chain or a related field (or recent graduate)
- Organized, willing to learn, and attentive to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in procurement, supply chain, or business administration (prior experience is a plus, not required)
- Curious about process improvement and automation
- Motivated to contribute to Etex’s values and positive work culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Duration of assignment: (at least) 3 months. The exact start date and working schedule is open for discussion. Possibility to work part-time as well as prolong internship after 3 months.
Paid Internship: 600-1200 €/mon. gross. Full-time internship salary: up to 1200€/month gross; part-time salary adjusts accordingly.
