Job Summary
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, clients, and external stakeholders entering or contacting Bridge Holding. The role is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming experience while ensuring efficient front-desk operations, visitor management, call handling, meeting coordination, and administrative support. The position contributes to the smooth day-to-day operation of the Group CEO Office through effective communication, organization, discretion, and customer service.
## Job Responsibilities 1
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage visitor registration processes and ensure compliance with security and access procedures.
- Coordinate visitor access passes, meeting room arrangements, and host notifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception environment.
Call Handling & Communications
- Manage incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Record and relay messages accurately and promptly.
- Respond to general queries professionally and provide accurate information to callers and visitors.
- Ensure all communications reflect Bridge Holding's professional standards.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the Office Manager and Group CEO Office as required.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor logistics.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and document deliveries.
- Support document filing, record maintenance, and office administration activities.
Office Coordination
- Monitor reception supplies and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Assist with organizing meetings, events, and executive visitor schedules.
- Coordinate with office service providers and facilities teams when required.
- Support general office operations to ensure efficient daily functioning.
Records & Compliance
- Maintain visitor logs and reception-related records accurately.
- Protect confidential information and ensure appropriate handling of sensitive documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Support audits or administrative reviews relating to reception and front office activities.

Job Experience
Front Office Experience
3-5 years of experience in reception, front desk, customer service, office administration, or a related administrative role.
Corporate Environment Exposure
Experience working within a professional corporate office environment, supporting senior management, visitors, and external stakeholders.
Customer Service Experience
Demonstrated experience providing high-quality customer service and handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
