Sales Force Developer

Job Purpose:

- The Senior Salesforce Agentforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions with a strong emphasis on AI-driven automation, Agentforce, and modern Salesforce platform capabilities. This role leverages extensive Salesforce development experience to build intelligent business applications, autonomous AI agents, and integrated enterprise solutions that improve customer, employee, and operational workflows. The individual will lead the design and implementation of Agentforce ecosystems, Data Cloud integrations, and advanced automation frameworks while ensuring adherence to architectural standards, security best practices, and Responsible AI principles. This role is also expected to provide technical leadership, drive DevOps maturity, mentor team members, and recommend innovative solutions aligned with TD SYNNEX's strategic business objectives.

### Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and related platform technologies.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, JavaScript, Node.js, and declarative platform capabilities.
- Architect and implement Salesforce Agentforce AI Agents, including custom and out-of-the-box agent solutions for customer engagement, employee productivity, pipeline management, and operational automation.
- Configure and optimize Agentforce topics, actions, prompts, reasoning capabilities, and agent orchestration workflows.
- Leverage prompt engineering methodologies and LLM optimization techniques to improve AI agent accuracy, efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Implement Responsible AI practices, governance controls, compliance requirements, and Einstein Trust Layer capabilities across AI-powered solutions.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud and trusted enterprise data sources.
- Integrate Agentforce solutions with Salesforce applications, enterprise systems, APIs, middleware platforms, knowledge repositories, and digital engagement channels.
- Define and implement API-first and Headless Customer 360 integration patterns across Salesforce and external platforms.
- Configure AI agent analytics, audit logging, dashboards, monitoring, and KPI reporting to measure adoption, performance, and business value.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, deployment frameworks, and source-driven development practices.
- Utilize Salesforce DX (SFDX), Salesforce CLI, Git repositories, DevOps Center, Visual Studio Code, and related development tools to support delivery excellence.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, code reviews, and solution governance processes.
- Create technical design documentation, solution architecture artifacts, impact assessments, and deployment plans.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams to deliver innovative Salesforce and AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, performance, and AI agent-related issues.
- Support production environments, perform root-cause analysis, and participate in incident retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor developers and administrators on Salesforce platform best practices, Agentforce capabilities, AI solution design, and DevOps methodologies.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce, AI, and automation technologies and provide recommendations for adoption.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise production environments.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification required.
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification required.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification preferred.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
- Advanced expertise in Apex development, including synchronous and asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Jobs).
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Node.js, Salesforce Flows, and declarative platform development.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, and FLS/CRUD controls.
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce Agentforce solutions, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI, Copilot capabilities, and autonomous AI agents.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, large language models (LLMs), and AI agent optimization techniques.
- Experience implementing Responsible AI controls, compliance frameworks, governance policies, and AI trust mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), RAG architectures, data integration, and enterprise data strategies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Headless Customer 360 concepts, API-first architectures, and customer engagement platforms.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code, Git, DevOps Center, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release management, and source-control strategies.
- Ability to create technical architecture diagrams, solution design documents, and implementation roadmaps.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives independently and collaborate effectively across distributed global teams.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging Salesforce, AI, and enterprise technologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
