A Brief Overview
The Supervisor, Corporate Administration will lead, develop, and drive a diverse team of Executive and Administrative Assistants toward providing world class service to TriNet's executive and senior leaders. In addition, the Supervisor will support one to two SVP, VP or DVP level leaders in an Executive Assistant capacity and will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external interactions on all matters pertaining to their leader(s) by being responsible for handling a wide variety of, often times, confidential administrative tasks. These include, but are not limited to, calendar management, communications, meetings, presentations, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports .
What you will do
- Handle all facets of general administrative work including, but not limited to, calendar scheduling/maintenance, meeting coordination, expense reporting and travel coordination for the assigned leader(s)
- Fosters a learning culture within the team focused on coaching, regular feedback, accountability, and development while leading the team through the constant change that stems from the company’s aggressive growth strategy
- Maintain strong partnerships with Executive Assistants and members of the senior leadership team to ensure effective communication, alignment, and critical connection points throughout the organization.
- Learn and u nderstand the business/department and their strategic initiatives to independently and proactively prioritize tasks
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance on best practices in line with TriNet’s policies and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and engagement.
- Proactively manage outstanding action items to ensure responsiveness and follow through on commitments / asks
- In coordination with Corporate Administration Leaders, identify procedures to centralize and/or streamline processes while collaborating with Chief of Staff to ensure alignment with organization and senior team members.
- Work with Corporate Administration Leaders to ensure team members complete their Corporate Administration work accurately, on time, and as expected.
- Champion AI initiatives to streamline and enhance Corporate Administration initiatives.
- Actively seek opportunities to train and develop colleagues and drive the team through the constant change that stems from the company’s aggressive growth strategy
- May collaborate with Chief of Staff to ensure alignment with organization and senior team members
- Identify opportunities to remove silos through partnership and superior communication between multiple departments
- Act as EA Floater/back up support for EAs as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications
- Associate's Degree with related work experience required or
- Bachelor's Degree with related work experience preferred
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 4+ years in an Executive Assistant or similar/related role required
- Typically 1+ years Experience in leading or supervising a team preferred

Travel Requirements
- Minimal travel to the US may be required.
