Are you a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in Finance within an international business environment?

Through the Viking Internship Program , you'll have the opportunity to develop professional skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and gain valuable exposure to shared services operations in an international organization.

What You'll Do

As an Intern, you will support daily operational activities while developing a solid understanding of corporate business operations processes.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Understanding and performing administrative and operational finance activities
- Updating and maintaining information in internal systems
- Assisting with data entry & validation
- Supporting documentation and process-related activities
- Taking part in customer communication activities (calls and emails)
- Maintaining trackers and operational reports
- Participating in department projects
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders
- Participating in training sessions, workshops and development activities

Depending on the assigned team, you may gain exposure to: Cash Applications, Credit & Collection, Business Operations

What We're Looking For

- Student or recent graduate
- Advanced English communication skills (C1)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to details
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Curiosity and interest in developing a career in Finance
