Senior Project Manager (Individual Contributor) 📍 Location: Bangalore 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree 💼 Experience: 12–15 years

Requirements

- Strong Project Management experience (SAP / Agile preferred)
- PMP, Agile PM, or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Ability to use data to drive decisions
- Knowledge of change management practices and frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Able to influence up to Senior Management/Director level
- Highly organized, structured, and self-driven
- Problem-solving mindset; able to break down complex issues into actionable solutions
- Adaptable and comfortable in dynamic, changing environments
- Ensure project outcomes align with business needs

Key Responsibilities

- Craft Methodology & Standards : Apply structured methodology and lead project/change management activities.
- E2E Project Management : Independently lead complex end-to-end (E2E) projects from scoping to execution, analysis, recommendation, and implementation, delivering significant value to the business.
- Project Initiation & Planning : Define and document objectives, requirements, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and success criteria. Develop roadmaps, cost estimates, and program deliverables.
- Project Implementation & Completion : Execute project plans, track/report progress, ensure timely delivery, and manage smooth handover to business-as-usual operations.
- Project Governance : Design and implement governance structures, maintain project management frameworks/templates, and drive continuous improvement.
- Delivery & Impact : Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value on time and within scope/budget. Collaborate across multiple teams to drive impactful change.
- Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related queries. Engage and manage geographically diverse stakeholders up to Director level.
- Success Metrics : Define and measure success criteria for projects/workstreams.
- Facilitation : Lead workshops, meetings, and discussions to support project delivery and alignment.
