## Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Overall responsibilities and duties工作职责:

o 知悉并严格遵守佛吉亚《行为准则》并以身作则
o 参与到工厂持续改善过程中
o 按照佛吉亚卓越体系的要求管理工厂质量体系，推行FES在本部门的开展与实施
o 领导并指导物流团队
o 及时交付
o 通过材料采购和生产控制，确保库存水平合理
o 仓库管理，材料和信息流动的管理和改进
o 控制物流支出，满足相关的指标
o 供应商管理和物流服务
o 在项目周期中制定物流计划
o 负责物资收、发、存过程的质量控制，为生产过程提供合格的原辅材料和确保库存物资完好
o 负责制定生产计划，采购产品的控制和管理，按月制定采购计划。进行原辅材料、外协外购件、工具、低值易耗品的采购和库房管理；
o 负责提供分承包方的设备能力及产品质量状况，作为采购开展评审的依据
o 结合IATF16949标准要求，保证部门相关条款符合IATF16949合规性
o 团队合作
• 保证与内部客户的完全和及时地沟通
• 与其他主管一起参与部门绩效的提高
•与其他部门的密切合作
o 附加或特殊工作任务
• 按时完成直属领导交付的其他工作和任务

o 丰富的供应链规划管理经验

o 熟练应用常见办公软件,尤其是EXCEL
