Your Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management processes, timelines, and tools.
- Monitor completion rates and data quality, ensuring compliance with established processes.
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports and insights for HR and business leaders.
- Support initiatives aimed at strengthening a performance-driven culture.

- Act as a key user of Workday, ensuring accurate employee and organizational data.
- Support managers and employees in using Workday for performance, talent, and organizational processes.
- Maintain HR records, organizational structures, and reporting lines within the system.
- Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Participate in system enhancements, testing, and process improvements.

- Coordinate learning and development activities aligned with business and employee needs.

- Analyze workforce data, including turnover, talent metrics, and performance trends.
- Conduct exit interview analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and retention risks.
- Prepare regular HR metrics and presentations for leadership teams.
- Support evidence-based decision-making through meaningful workforce insights.

- Monitor diversity metrics throughout recruitment, talent review, and promotion processes.
- Support initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace and equal development opportunities.

- Support the implementation of new HR policies, programs, and technologies.
- Monitor upcoming labor law and regulatory changes and support organizational readiness.
- Support center of excellence and deliver requested data on time
- Ensure HR processes are compliant with company policies and applicable legislation.

Your Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in talent management, performance management, or HR operations.
- Experience working with Workday or a similar HRIS platform.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret HR data.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
