Role Overview:

The Site Integration Leader is responsible for the strategic management and commercial optimization of all tenant, supplier, and utility relationships within the Rheinmünster Chemical Park. The role safeguards Trinseo's financial and contractual interests, drives value creation through effective stakeholder engagement and negotiations, and serves as a key advisor to site and corporate leadership on commercial, legal, and operational matters impacting the Chem Park ecosystem. In addition, the role provides leadership for the site's contract governance framework, driving standardization, risk management, and the continuous evolution of contractual and commercial practices to support Trinseo's long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Relationship & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary commercial and strategic interface between Trinseo, Chem Park tenants, service providers, utility suppliers, and external stakeholders.

- Develop and execute relationship strategies that strengthen collaboration, support long-term site sustainability, and align stakeholder interests with Trinseo's business objectives.

Collaborate closely with Site Leadership, Production & Utilities, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Corporate Leadership to drive integrated decision-making and successful execution of Chem Park objectives

Commercial Leadership, Negotiation & Value Creation

- Lead complex commercial negotiations and contractual discussions to achieve favorable financial, operational, and strategic outcomes for Trinseo.

- Identify and realize value creation opportunities across site services, utilities, infrastructure, and tenant relationships.

- Provide executive-level analyses, recommendations, and insights regarding site economics, service agreements, investments, risks, and business opportunities.

Drive strategic initiatives and business transformation efforts that enhance operational effectiveness, improve service delivery, and strengthen Trinseo's competitive position within the Chem Park.

Contract Governance, Risk Management & Dispute Resolution

- Establish and maintain a robust contract governance framework, ensuring standardization, compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement across the site's contractual landscape.

- Partner with Legal Counsel and external advisors to oversee contract administration, amendments, claims management, arbitration proceedings, and settlement negotiations.

- Manage escalated commercial, service, and utility disputes while safeguarding Trinseo's financial, contractual, and reputational interests.

- Assess and mitigate commercial, contractual, regulatory, and operational risks affecting the Chem Park business environment.

Financial Stewardship & Commercial Operations

- Ensure transparency and accountability of service and utility cost structures through robust cost allocation, tracking, and performance-monitoring processes.

- Coordinate the annual commercial and administrative framework for site services, including purchase order setup and compliance with corporate governance requirements.

- Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends impacting tenant agreements, infrastructure, and utility services, proactively identifying mitigation strategies and opportunities for value enhancement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- 5+ Extensive professional experience in contract or claim management

- MS, Industrial Engineering, Engineering with strong commercial background, Business administration / business law

Skills/Knowledge/Abilty

- Strong senior‑level negotiation skills and decision‑making capability

- High conflict, risk, and escalation management competence

- Strategic mindset combined with operational depth

- Confident presence when interacting with management, authorities, and external partners

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Business‑fluent German and English
