The Managed Security Services (MSS) market is experiencing explosive growth—projected at 12-15% CAGR through 2028. As a Sales Director at Deloitte, you’ll own a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline, lead complex enterprise deals, and shape the future of how organizations defend against evolving cyber threats.
This is NOT just a transactional sales role. This is a strategic sales leadership position where you’ll:
- Own full responsibility for MSS sales in the Nordics
- Partner with C-suite executives to position cybersecurity as a business risk management imperative
- Work with most innovative and security-conscious growth and Fortune 500 organizations
- Influence product strategy and service innovation across a global practice
- Work internationally across Deloitte’s Cyber practice
As part of our Cyber team in this role, your main responsibility areas would be:
Strategic ownership
- Own the full sales lifecycle from pipeline creation through deal closure and account expansion
- Drive revenue growth, exploit the market opportunities
- Build and lead a sales team and develop the next generation of cyber sales leaders
- Shape go-to-market strategy for emerging MSS offerings and disruptive security trends
Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Qualify, shape, and close complex deals (€1M-€10M+) with C-suite decision-makers
- Position cybersecurity as business risk management, not a technical product—speaking the language of CISOs, CFOs, CROs, and CEOs
- Navigate 6-18 month sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex procurement processes
- Develop strategic account plans for target enterprises and identifying expansion opportunities within existing clients
Collaboration & Innovation
- Partner with account and delivery leadership to ensure deal quality, innovative solutions, and client success
- Influence product and service strategy by bringing market intelligence, competitive insights, and client feedback
- Leverage Deloitte’s global network to access resources, thought leadership, productive relationships and cross-border opportunities
- Drive process improvement initiatives that strengthen Deloitte’s competitive positioning
Client Relationship Excellence
- Serve as trusted advisor to key accounts, understanding their business objectives and evolving threat landscape
- Build lasting relationships with security leaders, risk officers, and business executives
- Develop strategic partnerships with key accounts, positioning Deloitte as an indispensable partner in their cyber transformation journey
