As an Enterprise Technology Transformation Senior Consultant , you will play a key role in helping clients tackle complex technology ‑ driven business challenges .
You will:
- Work hands ‑ on with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape and deliver practical solutions that align technology with strategic business goals.
- Lead workstreams across multiple transformation dimensions, such as:
- Designing and refining technology strategies that optimize investments and competitive advantage.
- Managing complex transformation programs and governance across multiple workstreams.
- Implementing operating models, governance frameworks and control mechanisms for technology functions and PMOs.
- Drive assessments of technology landscapes , identify optimization opportunities and support strategic initiatives by analyzing technology spending patterns and value drivers.
- Translate between business and technology languages , influencing senior stakeholders and supporting meaningful organizational change.
- Lead project and program management activities (e.g. workstream planning, risk and issue management, change control, milestone tracking) on large digital and technology transformation programs.
- Support value realization by contributing to benefit realization plans and business cases that quantify improvements and efficiency gains.
- Apply proven transformation frameworks alongside emerging technologies and digital trends, while leveraging Deloitte’s global network to bring best insights and capabilities to clients.

Key Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in technology strategy, business transformation, technology operations, program/project management or related advisory roles, ideally within consulting or corporate environments.
- A master’s degree in business , engineering, informatics, ICT, economics or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of technology economics (cost optimization, ROI analysis, technology investment prioritization).
- Comfortable working with senior business and technology leaders , translating complex technology and business challenges into clear strategic recommendations.
- Solid grasp of technology operating models, governance frameworks and organizational design principles , and how these drive business value.
- Good understanding of agile and hybrid delivery models , with the ability to support or advise on scaling agile practices across organizations.
- Proficient in business analysis , using data to support strategic insights and decision ‑ making.
- Exposure to enterprise technology environments (e.g. ERP/CRM platforms, cloud, data & analytics, process automation) and ability to discuss them credibly with business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience leading project workstreams : developing workstream plans, managing scope, budget and resources, overseeing critical path and milestone tracking, and managing risks and mitigation plans.
- Strong communication skills, able to present complex technology and business concepts to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management.
- Strategic, resilient and proactive – able to take initiative and keep engagements moving forward.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth.
- Collaborative, with a focus on building strong relationships based on trust, credibility and impact.
- Continuous learning mindset and interest in deepening expertise in technology strategy, business transformation and organizational agility.
- Professional ‑ level English ; French or Dutch is considered an advantage.
Bonus Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as Prince2, CAPM, ITIL, TOGAF, Agile (CSM, PMI ‑ ACP), SAFe, Business Analysis
- Experience supporting value realization (e.g. identifying cost optimization opportunities, basic business case support).
- Experience preparing status reports, dashboards or management reporting for technology or transformation projects.
- Experience with bid management or pricing proposals in a consulting context.
