Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily administrative and facility activities.

- Monitor housekeeping, sanitation, security, access control, and general workplace conditions.

- Conduct routine safety inspections and identify unsafe acts or conditions.

- Ensure employees and contractors follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and site procedures.

- Report safety incidents, near misses, hazards, and administrative issues to the concerned manager.

- Assist in maintaining safety records, inspection checklists, registers, permits, and other documentation.

- Support emergency preparedness, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first-aid arrangements.

- Coordinate with security and other support teams for smooth daily operations.

- Monitor attendance, discipline, and compliance with workplace rules where applicable.

- Assist with induction/orientation of new employees, contractors, and visitors regarding site rules and safety.

- Follow up on corrective actions identified during inspections or audits.

- Coordinate with maintenance teams for basic facility and workplace safety issues.

- Support statutory and internal safety audits and maintain required records.

- Perform other administrative and safety-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma preferred; safety-related certification is an advantage.

- 1–3 years of experience in administration, facility management, industrial safety, or a related field.

- Basic knowledge of workplace safety, fire safety, PPE, emergency procedures, and incident reporting.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with multiple departments.

- Basic computer skills, especially MS Word and Excel.

- Strong observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
