Imaging Research Associate I

As an Imaging Research Associate within our Medical Imaging team, you will play a critical role in coordinating site and operational activities from study startup through study closeout, ensuring the timely delivery of imaging data, site support, and study-related services. Working closely with Project Managers, clinical sites, sponsors, and cross-functional teams, you will help maintain data quality, support imaging quality control processes, and contribute to the successful execution of global clinical research programs.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate imaging site and operational activities throughout the study lifecycle, from startup through closeout.
- Support site qualification activities by collecting, reviewing, and tracking required study documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate site training, technical training, and onboarding activities.
- Assist with the preparation, distribution, and maintenance of study materials and site communications.
- Review, process, track, and monitor imaging and study-related data received from clinical sites.
- Generate and manage site reports, patient reports, queries, and communications for sponsors and study teams.
- Investigate, track, and support resolution of data discrepancies and logistical edit checks.
- Monitor study systems and escalate issues related to databases, imaging platforms, and analysis systems.
- Perform imaging quality control activities, including collection, review, tracking, and processing of imaging quality control data.
- Coordinate cross-calibration phantom activities, scanner qualification processes, machine changes, and equivalency assessments.
- Support image quality monitoring through data analysis, data entry, and documentation review.
- Maintain imaging quality control tracking systems and study databases to ensure accurate and complete records.
- Assist Project Managers with study startup planning, project administration, project tracking, and operational coordination.
- Participate in project meetings, sponsor calls, training sessions, and internal study discussions.
- Generate and distribute project tracking reports while monitoring study progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Identify trends, risks, and issues related to site performance and data quality and communicate recommendations to project leadership.
- Support resolution of client and site issues while maintaining a high level of customer service and responsiveness.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, departmental standards, and process enhancements.

What We Look For

- High school diploma required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Bioscience, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Experience within clinical research, healthcare, imaging operations, pharmaceutical services, or a related industry preferred.
- Understanding of clinical trial processes, drug development, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), or regulated environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
- Ability to navigate file systems, maintain accurate documentation, and manage electronic records.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build productive relationships with sites, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
