Work Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday | 12:00-21:00 / 13:00-22:00. Please note the hours in the beginning will be Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm until the ramp up phase is completed.

Please note that Garda Vetting is a prerequisite for this role. You may also be required to work on public holidays, depending on operational needs.

What You'll Do

- Deliver on-demand 1:1 counselling and group interventions through our booking platform
- Design and facilitate psycho-educational and creative wellbeing sessions
- Manage clinical risk, including suicide risk assessment
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with GDPR
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Take part in regular clinical supervision and CPD

What You'll Bring

- Educated to at least master's level in Clinical, Counselling or Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counselling, or Psychotherapy
- Minimum 3 years' post-graduate, client-facing clinical experience (1:1 and group)
- Chartered Membership of PSI, or full accreditation with an Irish psychotherapy/counselling body (e.g. IACP, APCP, IAHIP)
- Strong cross-cultural counselling skills
- Certification in suicide risk assessment (SafeTALK/ASIST) desirable
