Logistics Support Intern

We are currently looking for a motivated Procurement & Logistics Intern to join our Logistics team.

What You Will Do

Procurement Support

- Assist in purchase order administration and order tracking.
- Monitor delivery schedules.
- Contribute to reporting and data analysis activities related to procurement processes.

Logistics Support

- Support the coordination of domestic shipments.
- Assist in the preparation and management of shipping documentation.
- Monitor inventory availability and material movements.
- Collaborate with warehouses, carriers and logistics partners to ensure efficient operations.
- Support logistics reporting and process improvement initiatives.

What You Will Learn

Throughout the internship, you will gain exposure to key Supply Chain processes and develop practical skills in:

- Procurement and Supply Chain processes within a multinational company.
- Supplier and logistics partner coordination.
- International trade, transportation and import/export fundamentals.
- ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
- Cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic and international environment.
- Data analysis and operational performance monitoring.

Minimum Qualifications

- Interest in Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
- Fluent in Italian and English (B2)
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a dynamic international environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Compensation Range

The monthly compensation for this position is 1,000 EUR.
