The role is based in our Fine Fragrance Creative Center in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France .

Where You'll Make a Difference
- Support Consumer Insights projects for the Fine Fragrance category across global and regional customers.
- Design and coordinate qualitative and quantitative consumer research programs aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Commercial, Creative, and Marketing teams to define research objectives, hypotheses, and key learning needs.
- Generate actionable consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage external research agencies, ensuring methodologies, timelines, and deliverables meet required standards.
- Conduct data analysis and leverage statistical tools to interpret consumer research results.
- Build compelling reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support fragrance development initiatives by translating consumer feedback into creative opportunities.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Consumer Insights Group Lead and cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business, Statistics, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, or Consumer Research.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end research projects, from design and execution to analysis and presentation of results.
- Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and effective stakeholder management capabilities.
