The Campaign Advertising Specialist plans, launches, monitors, and optimizes paid digital campaigns that increase awareness, engage priority audiences, and contribute to demand and pipeline objectives. The role combines hands-on media execution with audience development, creative coordination, performance analysis, and continuous testing across paid digital channel s.

Principal Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Paid Media Execution

- Build and execute paid media plans aligned with campaign objectives, priority audiences, funnel stages & timelines.

- Launch and manage campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, display, retargeting, and account-based advertising platforms.

- Maintain campaign calendars, trafficking requirements, naming conventions, tracking parameters, and quality-control checklists.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.

Audience Development & Targeting

- Create and maintain audience segments using target accounts, industry, persona, seniority, buying stage, engagement, and intent signals.

- Manage audience uploads and synchronization between CRM, ABM, marketing automation, and advertising platforms.

- Apply exclusions, suppression lists, frequency controls, and retargeting logic to improve media efficiency and audience experience.

- Evaluate audience quality and refine targeting based on reach, engagement, conversion, and account-level insights.

Creative, Messaging & Landing-Page Coordination

- Partner with Content, Product Marketing, Brand, and Design teams to develop on-brand advertising assets and campaign messaging.

- Tailor creative and calls-to-action by industry, audience, persona, account tier, buying stage, and campaign objective.

- Prepare clear creative briefs that include format specifications, messaging requirements, deadlines, and approval steps.

Campaign Performance, Optimization & Governance

- Manage campaign budgets, spend, pacing, and performance to ensure efficient investment and achievement of campaign objectives.

- Monitor and optimize audience targeting, placements, bids, creative assets, and campaign delivery to maximize results.

- Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous optimization.

- Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.

- Maintain accurate campaign documentation and ensure compliance with brand, privacy, data governance, and advertising platform requirements.

Measurement, Reporting & Insights

- Track campaign delivery and performance using agreed channel, website, account-engagement, conversion, and pipeline-influence metrics.

- Create weekly or biweekly performance views and communicate trends, risks, learnings, and recommended actions.

- Work with Marketing Operations to validate conversion tracking, campaign attribution, CRM campaign structure, and dashboard accuracy.

- Distinguish early indicators such as reach and engagement from later outcomes such as qualified opportunities and influenced pipeline.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

- 5+ years of experience in planning and managing paid media or digital demand-generation campaigns.

- Ability to translate performance data into clear findings and practical recommendations.

- Comfort managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, stakeholders, and approval processes.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and working knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, display ,“ChatGPT is a plus”

- Experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or equivalent solutions.

- Experience using website analytics and campaign reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent tools.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience/Nice to have qualifications

- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing & long buying cycle.

- Hands-on experience with ABM, intent data, and audience targeting platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, AdRoll, Bombora, or similar solutions.

- Familiarity with AI-powered advertising, personalization, and emerging marketing technologies, with experience or strong interest in leveraging AI capabilities across digital advertising platforms.
