Customer Service Rep - Supply Chain Operations

Shift - 8am-5pm - M-F

Pay: $26.44/hr

POSITION SUMMARY:

Return Polymers, a leading PVC recycling provider and part of The AZEK Company, is searching for a Supply Chain Representative to join our team in Ashland, Oh.

Responsibilities include:

Primarily responsible to work with our key suppliers and customers to place orders, organize shipping details, support the outside sourcing team, and coordinate deliveries and receipts with the factory.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

- Act as a single point of contact for our sourcing team, suppliers, and customers.

- Ensure timely processing of customer quotes, supplier purchase orders, and logistics scheduling.

- Responsible for the management and facilitation of activity throughout the entire order cycle, from quotation through Invoicing.

- Maintain and keep records and transactions current in JDE.

- Work with our logistics partners to ensure timely scheduling for all supplier pickups.

- Provide pro-active feedback to our sourcing team, manufacturing and customers/suppliers on issue resolution as well as pending issues that will impact customer/supplier relations.

- Maintain professional interaction with customers and suppliers to ensure overall satisfaction.

- Follow established policies and procedures.

Position Qualifications:

- 3 plus years of supply chain, logistics, or customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Detailed knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, Excel.

- Knowledge of JDE preferred but not required.
