Express/Lube Technician – Starting at $16–$18/hr. (Based on Experience)
Location: 1025 Main St, Holyoke, MA 01040
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends or nights

Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and light bulb replacements
- Tire services: rotation, replacement, balancing, and sensor replacement
- 2- and 4-wheel alignments
- Perform Ford recalls, including software updates
- Complete multi-point inspections and fluid top-offs
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist with shop equipment maintenance
- Other tasks as assigned by management
What Were Looking For:
- 1+ year of automotive experience ( Ford experience is a plus )
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand, kneel, or squat throughout the day
- Basic computer skills
- Own power and hand tools
- Manual transmission driving is a plus
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record required
- Ford Field Service Action certified is a plus, but not required
