Teachers today work 50+ hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to save teachers 10+ hours every week while helping elevate their practices, so that time can go back to what matters most - teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students.

Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and gradebooks, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts - all from a single, coherent system. Toddle also supports adjacent workflows where teachers are closely involved, including attendance, timetables, calendars, accreditation, behaviour management, analytics, and insights.
Second , every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered. Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.
Third, Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem. Here’s what you’ll be doing
We are looking for a strong generalist Program Manager to join our Growth team. In this role, you will work closely with the Growth Lead on GTM initiatives across our key focus verticals in the APAC and EMEA. This is a high-ownership role with end-to-end execution - supporting GTM planning, campaign execution, sales infrastructure setup, building the base data for different activations and ongoing analysis. You’ll be expected to parallelize multiple initiatives, build clarity from ambiguity, and scale your impact as the business grows.
Key responsibilities:

- Partner with the Growth Lead to drive GTM projects across priority initiatives
- Support the Growth function across strategy, execution, and operations
- Assist in setting up and scaling sales and GTM infrastructure (processes, tools, documentation)
- Own end-to-end execution of sales and marketing campaigns - from ideation and planning to launch, iteration, and reporting
- Coordinate with content, design, sales, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of GTM channels and campaigns
- For all GTM activations, work with large datasets of schools and contacts to prioritize our targets for each campaign

Is this someone who looks like you?

- Experience : 2-4 years in growth roles at a fast-paced startup (B2B SaaS preferably) or IB/Consulting
- Education : MBA/Undergrad degree from a Tier 1 college
- Comfort with data : Able to handle large datasets, run funnel and campaign analysis, perform audits, and build dashboards and tools that help the team work faster - including strong Excel skills
- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Executor : An executor with strong bias for action and ability to handle many balls at once
- Location - Remote, with base location anywhere in India
