Service Worker

Position Summary
Join our team and help ensure our facility is clean, safe, and welcoming. In this role, you’ll take pride in maintaining offices, kitchens, conference rooms, storage areas, the operations control room, restrooms, locker rooms, and exterior grounds—all while supporting a strong culture of safety and security.

What You Will be Doing
You will play a vital role in keeping our workplace looking its best. This includes cleaning and maintaining offices, lunchrooms, and kitchens by sweeping, dusting, emptying waste containers, and keeping surfaces such as windows, desktops, tables, and floors spotless. In the Operations Area Control Room, you’ll ensure floors are clean, waste containers are emptied, and kitchen areas remain tidy. You’ll also oversee the sanitation of restrooms and locker rooms, taking care of toilets, sinks, showers, and common spaces. Beyond the building interior, you’ll help maintain the appearance of the facility’s exterior, including parking lots and roadways, ensuring these areas stay clean and inviting. Throughout all tasks, you’ll consistently incorporate health, safety, and security principles, following all required procedures for facility access and overall protection of the site.

We'd Love to Hear from Candidates With

- High school diploma or GED

- Prior custodial experience preferred

- Must possess or be able to qualify for a Q level security clearance

- Ability to operate janitorial equipment such as sweepers and buffers

- Valid driver’s license required

Pay

Base Salary: $58,011.20

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

This position will require a pre­-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.

This position requires the successful candidate to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance. Candidates for positions requiring a security clearance are required to be tested for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR 707.4 prior to an offer of employment being made. In addition, once employed, employees will become part of a random drug testing program and may also be tested in the event of any incident causing injury or causing damage to property, or if it is determined that there is a reasonable suspicion the employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This position will require preemployment background check on the part of the Company and in order to receive a Q security clearance, a background investigation by the Federal government. Subsequent Federal government reinvestigations may be required.
