Position Overview
- The Day/Evening Site Caregiver is a key member of the Care & Support and Concierge teams. This role provides supportive, relationship-based care to residents while helping promote their safety, independence, comfort, and overall well-being.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, visible, and supportive assistance to residents throughout the community.
- Complete daily wellness checks and respond promptly to resident needs and emergency calls.
- Escort residents to meals, programs, appointments, and other areas of the community.
- Provide gentle cueing, orientation, and support to residents with cognitive concerns.
- Assist residents with mobility needs, including wheelchairs, walkers, and canes.
- Help residents with basic technology and community resources.
- Monitor common areas and conduct routine safety and security checks.
- Respond appropriately to falls, medical emergencies, fire alarms, missing persons, and other safety concerns.
- Communicate concerns to the appropriate leadership or emergency personnel.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident interactions, safety concerns, and follow-up needs.
- Assist with general community needs, including event setup, laundry, and maintaining shared spaces.
- Provide a clear handoff to incoming staff at the end of each shift.

- CNA experience/license preferred.
