Sales Associate- Store Clerk (MALES)

As a Sales Associate Store Clerk at Phluid Phactory, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store organization, and supporting sales activities. Your role will involve assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
•    Provide information about product features and benefits.
•    Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
•    Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.
•    Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and special offers.
•    Assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
•    Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
•    Receive and process new shipments.
•    Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
•    Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
•    Arrange and display products to enhance the shopping experience.
•    Ensure all products are correctly priced and labeled.
•    Follow store policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
•    Verify customer age for alcohol purchases and adhere to legal requirements.

•    Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
•    Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques.
•    Support other team members as needed.

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or equivalent.
•    Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to manage inventory and restock shelves efficiently.
•    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•    Knowledge of liquor products is a plus.
