Role Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming environment for all who visit the Primary and Specialty Care Centers, and the Center for Advanced Healthcare at Brownwood; by greeting guests.
- Cultivate an inviting and helpful environment by keeping all lobby areas beautiful, tidy and well attended. Notify appropriate service for any repairs or maintenance issues
- Round lobby areas to assess guest's needs and identify the appropriate solutions or next steps
- Connect guests with appropriate CAHB tenant and hotel representatives
- Maintain a working knowledge of Primary Care Amenities and Services, and the CAHB's amenities and services; sharing helpful information when pertinent
- Distribute amenity, business, service and medical information to guests upon request
- Assist guests with directions or inquiries
- Answer incoming lobby phone line and assist callers with questions and requests; making outbound calls
- Participate in special hosting events at the CAHB
- Attend special meetings, educational sessions, and help train new team members

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent professional communication abilities, at all levels within the organization and with patients, at all times
Preferred Qualifications
- Pervious customer service experience
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records
- 2+ years of experience working in a clinical setting
- Proficient with medical terminology
Knowledge, skills and abilities :
Read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, computer reports, and sales documents. Write routine reports and correspondence.
Additional Information:
This role is considered patient facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$39,000 - $49,400 per year
