Como Analista Sênior de Marketing , você será o principal elo entre as áreas de Vendas, Marketing e Inteligência de Mercado, apoiando processos relacionados a sistemas em toda a América Latina. Esta posição combina expertise analítica com visão estratégica para otimizar o desempenho das áreas de Marketing e Vendas.
Local de trabalho: São Bernardo do Campo - SP
No dia a dia, você irá:
- Colaborar com as equipes de Vendas e Marketing da América Latina para solucionar problemas relacionados a sistemas (CRM, BI e ERP), atuando em conjunto com a área de TI sempre que necessário.
- Coletar, estruturar e analisar dados internos e de mercado para identificar tendências, oportunidades e insights estratégicos.
- Desenvolver dashboards e relatórios gerenciais para apoiar os processos de tomada de decisão.
- Promover uma cultura analítica e orientada por dados dentro da organização.
- Atuar como interface entre as áreas de negócio, Vendas, Marketing e TI, garantindo alinhamento e geração de informações relevantes para o negócio.
- Identificar e recomendar melhorias de processos relacionados à inteligência de marketing e gestão de informações.
O que você precisa para ter sucesso:
- Ensino Superior completo em Marketing, Administração, Análise de Dados ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência com plataformas de CRM, ferramentas de Business Intelligence (BI), sistemas ERP e soluções de visualização de dados.
- Forte capacidade analítica e habilidade para transformar dados em estratégias e recomendações práticas para o negócio.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders.
- Espanhol avançado ou fluente é obrigatório; inglês será considerado um diferencial.
- Perfil prático, proativo e orientado aos detalhes.
- Experiência de 3 a 4 anos em funções relacionadas.
