We're looking for an SERVICE ADVISOR to join our team at FRIENDSHIP HONDA of BOONE!
Our ideal candidates are reliable, self-motivated, and enjoy working with people!
What You'll Do:
- Promptly greet customers to obtain contact and vehicle information
- Clearly document vehicle issues and customer concerns
- Determine and recommend necessary maintenance or repairs
- Prepare an accurate estimate for the cost of services
- Monitor the service process and update customers frequently
- Communicate completed services and charges to customers
- Verify invoices and repair orders
- Assist Service Manager as needed

- Compensation for this position is driven by incentives and commission and includes guaranteed monthly income.
