We are recruiting for a Product Developer in the Legal, Risk Management and Compliance (LRMC) team,

Mandatory technical & functional skills
• 5-7 years of experience building and deploying modern web applications in an enterprise environment. • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Flask/FastAPI framework • Experience with LLMs: fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and model evaluation techniques for generative AI • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, or enterprise LLM deployment • Knowledge of multi‑agent systems, LangChain, Semantic Kernel • Experience of building chatbots, agents, or enterprise LLM applications. • Demonstrated experience of integrating front-end applications with backend using RESTful APIs.

Preferred technical & functional skills
• Experience with data visualization or analytics platforms such as Databricks and Power BI. • An understanding of risk management, compliance, or governance domains. • Frontend- Architect and build responsive, maintainable, and component-driven user interfaces. Ensure seamless data exchange and state management using modern JavaScript, JSON, and API integrations. • A passion for building innovative, user-centric products within complex regulatory landscapes.
