We are now looking for a Coordinator, Customer Order Management with English to join our Customer Operations Water Solutions West Team.

The position is based in Business Service Center (BSC) in Gdańsk, Poland. Kemira's Business Service Center (BSC) in Gdańsk is a multifunctional hub supporting Customer Operations, Procurement, Finance, Administration, and IT operations. The center fosters a dynamic, multicultural environment built on openness, cooperation, and strong internal partnerships.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Managing the Order-to-Cash process, including order fulfillment and billing.

- Communicating with customers through various channels regarding their orders, confirmations, and shipment details.

- Ensuring deliveries and customer requirements are handled efficiently and accurately.

- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.

- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless operations.

- Following internal policies and targets to maintain process integrity and compliance.

What you will bring to the team:

- Proficiency in English language.

- Experience in logistics and familiarity with customs formalities (preferred).

- Working knowledge of SAP.

- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in order management or customer service.

- Practical skills in MS Office tools.

- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Commitment to teamwork and cooperation.

- The starting base salary range for this role is between 6800 to 7800 PLN per month. Salary ranges may vary depending on location and local market conditions. The actual starting salary will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant work experience, skills and competencies, qualifications, and wider business and organisational needs.
