HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of the full HR function across the business. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong HR processes, managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and holding managers accountable to company standards.

The HR Manager will work closely with leadership and Brand Leads to ensure the business hires the right people, manages performance properly, addresses employee issues quickly, and maintains a professional and high-performance working environment.

Requirements

- Proven experience working in an HR Manager or senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR compliance.
- Experience handling disciplinary matters, grievances and sensitive employee issues.
- Strong understanding of payroll, compensation and employee benefits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to challenge managers and employees when company standards are not being followed.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and growing business.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with HRIS or HR management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan employment practices and legislation.
