About the Job

The objective of this role is to optimize and manage the service delivery processes from Allianz Technology to all OEs in scope of OES Specific Solution, ensuring efficient handling of ordering, budgeting, tracking, and reporting tasks. This role will also support monthly financial reviews, discrepancy investigations, contract monitoring, and preparation of plans and forecasts.

What you do

- Coordinate the service renewal process with procurement, vendors, and customers. Coordinate and offer support to the Commercial Service Manager colleagues in handling their tasks.
- Acting as main POC for result communication on financial results. Initiate and monitor the approval workflow for agreements and maintain contract inventory with service managers and the procurement team.
- Manage budgets, expenditures, and pricing. Coordinate invoices with primary service managers.
- Track and evaluate actual costs and revenues, analyze variances (actual vs. planned).
- Request budget uploads, prepare and update Plan and Forecast summaries. Calculate invoice amounts according to the official pricing logic.
- Initiate invoices to customers and internal departments. Calculate and prepare True Up invoices on a quarterly basis.
- Onboard new WBS elements, including planning and invoicing mechanisms. Prepare and deliver various reports and ad-hoc tasks and analyses.

What you bring

- Proven experience in a commercial, service management, financial controlling, or related role, with a solid understanding of financial controlling, budgeting and management accounting principles, and hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting in a service-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and financial reporting tools, strong proficiency in Excel/financial modelling and data visualisation (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), and the ability to identify opportunities to apply digital tools in commercial and service contexts to drive efficiency.
- Understanding of cost allocation models, transfer pricing or intercompany charging mechanisms; experience in cost centre management, transfer pricing or intercompany accounting is a plus. Ability to drive budget and cost-effective planning and design.
- Knowledge of IFRS, HGB or other relevant accounting standards, ensuring compliance with applicable financial frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Process and project management, ITIL training or certification desirable.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.
