About this role
Responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of all residences in the Scatter Site I Program.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Assist clients in moving their possessions from various locations into program apartments.
- Conduct Housing Quality Standards Inspections
- Provide minor repairs and improvements to residences when necessary.
- Clean-up and disinfecting of apartments prior to occupancy.
- Remove snow/ice on the various residences property.
- Keep accurate logs of daily activities.
- Confirm appointments with clients for their scheduled repairs.
Qualifications
- The position requires related maintenance experience.
- Must have a clean and valid drivers license without accidents, suspensions and revocations, as well as the ability to drive a box truck.
- Must have ability to establish workload priorities.
- The physical ability to perform the essential job functions are needed including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- In addition, the Maintenance/Driver shall perform any duties as required to meet the needs of the agency and the clients that we serve.
