Overview
Facilitate the patient/guests experiences at Mercy by providing personal, professional and compassionate service. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details:
Located at the Mercy Surgery Center
SPRINGFIELD, MO
HYBRID
Supports patients by scheduling appointments, answering questions, organizing medical information, and coordinating services with care teams. Helps ensure patients have a smooth and positive experience while receiving care .
## MINIMUM Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma.
Licensure: Valid Driver's License
Experience: Previous experience in a Medical Office or customer service position.
Other:
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type 50 wpm.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
