Senior Software Engineer - IT & Sales Tooling

WHY WE NEED YOU ?
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer for our IT & Sales Tooling team. Our mission is to professionalize Scaleway's internal software ecosystem. You will run, maintain, and scale core internal services (Ticketing systems, ERP, CRM) used by internal teams and external users. You will also design and develop new internal tools, maintaining technical standards for performance, reliability, and security.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM : 
You will join the IT & Sales Tooling team, which develops internal software for commercial, support, and operational activities.
Scope: We manage tools including CRM, Odoo (ERP), and the ticketing platform (Support) ensuring they are perfectly tuned to our business objectives.
Collaboration: We partner with business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Support, Operations) to build technical solutions for their workflows.
Goal: Enable business performances by delivering reliable IT & Sales tools that comply with security and data standards.
 
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE :
Operations: Maintain and monitor core business applications and backend services. 
Software Development: Write clean, tested code in Python and Go to automate business workflows and update internal systems.
Cross-Functional Work: Work with Sales, Finance, and Support teams to translate requirements or initiatives into robust specifications.
Engineering Standards: Perform code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain architecture documentation.
Technical Stack: composed mostly of docker deployments, automated by Ansible, running on our internal Gitlab CI.
Technical Architecture: Refactor and modernize legacy internal systems to improve scalability. 
Tooling & AI Integration: Use internal LLMs and development tools to automate operational processes and software tasks.
