Job Summary:

Provide administrative/clerical support for business operations. Review payments. performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database. Provide production services to client operating by performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work.

- Ability to compare lists of numbers and find mismatches/errors.
- Process payments/Data Entry

- Handle multiple assignments.

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production.

- Must be able to work under strict deadlines.

- Research problematic payments

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment

- Microsoft, Excel experience

- Ten Key experience

- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

- Background check and Fingerprinting

Banking and payment experience preferred
