As a Delivery Consultant for the Automation Platform, you will play a key role in implementing and installing/upgrading solutions across the portfolio. Your expertise will also be utilized to educate customers and support the transition to production. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Implement Solutions: Implement and install/upgrade solutions across the portfolio, ensuring seamless integration and effective functionality. • Educate Customers: Provide education and support to customers, enabling them to effectively utilize the Automation Platform and achieve their goals. • Support Production Transition: Collaborate with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production, addressing any technical or operational concerns that may arise. • Hands-on experience in modern application development using JavaScript, React, Next.js, HTML, and CSS to build scalable and user-friendly digital solutions. • Foundational knowledge of cloud-native development, containerization, and microservices using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Quarkus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies in client-facing environments. • Excellent communication skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working in agile project environments and applying modern delivery practices to support successful solution implementation. • Experience designing and implementing cloud-native architectures and microservice patterns, including CQRS, Event Sourcing, and Hexagonal Architecture. • Knowledge of event-driven technologies and distributed systems, including Apache Kafka and Redis. • Practical experience with UI/UX design, accessibility standards, and design systems using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and IBM Carbon Design System. • Ability to coach, mentor, and share technical knowledge with team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. • Certifications and training in Enterprise Design Thinking, Agile methodologies, Digital Marketing, and IBM Garage practices, demonstrating a well-rounded consulting mindset.
