Flooring Installer
TES Staffing is working with a growing flooring company and were looking for reliable, skilled flooring installers to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of hands-on flooring experience and want steady work, predictable hours, and real benefits , this is a great opportunity.

- No long-distance travel
- Very few nights or weekends
Any overtime is planned and communicated well in advance
What Youll Be Doing
- Installing a variety of flooring materials, including:
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) / vinyl
- Hardwood
- Laminate
- Tile
- Carpet
- Commercial flooring
- Working on commercial projects
- Loading materials and traveling to job sites with the crew
- Completing installs with attention to quality, safety, and timelines
What Were Looking For
- At least 1 year of flooring installation experience
- Comfortable installing multiple flooring types
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, kneeling, standing, etc.)
- Valid drivers license preferred
