About this role
Starting hourly rate: $19-$21
Main Responsibilities
- Receive and organize incoming products.
- Load and unload trucks safely.
- Prepare and stage customer orders.
- Verify products and quantities for accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
- Assist with inventory counts.
- Keep the warehouse and work areas clean and organized.
- Report damaged products, spills, or unsafe conditions.
- Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist customers, drivers, and other employees as needed.
- Complete basic paperwork and inventory records.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift and move products as required for the position.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Good attendance and dependability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Warehouse or agricultural experience preferred.
