The Senior Overall Program Lead is responsible for driving large, complex, and strategically significant transformation programs that span multiple functions, platforms, and workstreams. This role serves as the central orchestrator of delivery across business, technology, operations, and enabling teams—ensuring strategy is translated into clear, integrated plans; risks and dependencies are anticipated early; and execution occurs with discipline and consistency.
