Your Team Responsibilities

Join MSCI’s Sustainability & Climate Team

This is an opportunity to combine commercial strategy, relationship management and new business development with one of the most important topics shaping companies and capital markets today: sustainability and climate risk.

MSCI’s Sustainability & Climate team works with leading companies to help them understand how sustainability and climate considerations are influencing investors, indexes and capital markets. Through MSCI’s industry-leading data, research, ratings and analytics, we help corporate clients better understand their performance, anticipate emerging risks and opportunities, and respond to changing investor and stakeholder expectations.

An increasingly important part of this work is physical climate risk . Our solutions help companies understand how climate hazards — such as extreme heat, flooding, wildfires and other events — could affect their physical assets and operations. These insights help clients identify vulnerabilities, manage operational risk and build more resilient businesses.

Based in Mexico City or Monterrey , you’ll join MSCI’s commercial team and play a key role in growing our Sustainability & Climate business with corporate clients.

This is a dynamic sales role that combines new business development with ownership and growth of existing client relationships .

You’ll prospect and engage new corporate clients, build a strong pipeline, develop opportunities and convert them into revenue. At the same time, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing clients, helping drive renewals, retention and account growth.

You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with companies, understand their sustainability and climate priorities, and connect those challenges with MSCI’s data, research and analytics.
