Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

The highly proficient and extremely experience Sr Advanced Financial Specialist will manage the development and financial planning function for all annual plans including the Business Plan, department budgets, the Capital Plan, and the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal, along with assisting the Controller to monitor Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet account activity for profitability and cash flow analysis. You’ll operate in a gatekeeper capacity to ensure program finance analysts and controllers comply with company policy and procedure, audit requirement, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc. compliance issues. Additionally, this individual will provide consultative, tactical advice to management, based on analysis, to improve outcomes and mitigate losses.

What you bring to the table:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

- Fully proficient technical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Sarbanes-Oxley audit and reporting requirements

- Fully proficient knowledge of revenue recognition and profit analysis concepts and techniques

## Combined Salary Range
USD $120,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
