Freelance Clinical Study Coordinator (0.3 FTE per Site)
TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service Provider (FSP) solutions.
We are currently seeking experienced Freelance Clinical Study Coordinators to support a hospital-based clinical trial at sites in the Malmö, Helsingborg, and Stockholm areas.
As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to a leading global pharmaceutical company and work closely with site personnel to ensure the study is conducted efficiently and in accordance with protocol requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the site during an intensive patient recruitment period.
- Monitor patient flow and help identify potentially eligible study participants.
- Coordinate study visits and study-related activities within protocol-defined timelines.
- Collaborate closely with investigators, research nurses, and hospital staff.
- Support study documentation and data collection activities as required.
- Ensure protocol procedures and time-critical study activities are completed as planned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Clinical Study Coordinator, Clinical Research Coordinator, Research Nurse, Study Nurse, CRA, or similar clinical research role.
- Good understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes.
- Experience working in hospital-based clinical research environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Ability to be present regularly on-site at the assigned hospital location.
Contract Details
- Freelance consultant agreement.
- Around 0.3 FTE
- Study duration expected until April 2027 .
- Opportunities available in Malmö, Helsingborg, and Stockholm .
