RPA Developers perform the following functions:
- Design technical solutions to automate business processes and build automations using Automate by Fortra.
- Develop automation solutions utilizing RPA development platforms including AI and related technologies.
- Developers will code, test, troubleshoot and prepare solutions for production deployment
- Create and execute tests to evaluate performance of automation solutions.
- Write and maintain required code and scripts.
- Troubleshoot production automation solutions.
- Effectively manage time and tasks to produce deliverables on time.
- Participate in peers reviews to ensure the highest code quality, efficiency and design reviews.
- Work with other departments and individuals to ensure requirements are identified and met to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion while remaining compliant with well-defined limits and guidelines.
- Provide technical solutions in support of MIDFLORIDAs electronic services.
- Exhibit a high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism always.
- Exude a positive and professional attitude with members and partners consistently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- An Associates degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
- Experience with Automate by Fortra a plus.
- Experience working in the financial industry a plus.
- Experience working with third party APIs a plus.
- Able to manage shifting priorities and workloads while handling multiple tasks.
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independent with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
