As part of our continuous growth strategy and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, we are looking for a Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist to join our Sea Logistics team in Costa Rica.

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating sea freight import operations while ensuring excellent customer service, proactive communication, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting the long term growth of customer relationships.

## How you create impact

- Manage and coordinate sea freight import operations while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the shipment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding business needs and proposing value added logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers by identifying opportunities to improve supply chain performance and support business growth.
- Drive customer retention through proactive communication, problem-solving, and continuous service improvement.
- Contribute to commercial growth initiatives by identifying opportunities related to logistics services and strategic accounts.

## What we would like you to bring

- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or international trade environments.
- Strong understanding of end to end supply chain and maritime logistics operations.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and develop long term business opportunities.
- Experience interacting with large or strategic accounts and understanding customer business needs.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of ownership, independence, and results orientation.
- Intermediate English level (B2), both written and conversational.
